We take pride in using technology for the design and optimization of products and parts.

Roberts Manufacturing is not only a full-range metal fabricating and coating specialist, but also provides value-added services such as: industrial design, design for manufacturing analysis and design for cost reduction.

The Solidworks program for solid model Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) allows us to perform analyses and simulations with faster modeling.  This program also allows us better communication and focus on design and improved productivity.

Our team uses its experience and expertise to provide solutions to customer problems using Industrial Design.  With Design for Manufacturing (DFM) techniques and planning, we efficiently design or engineer products during the design stage before getting to production to identify and prevent mistakes.  We utilize green design in creating products designed for long life, minimizing the impact on the environment.

In addition to using Solidworks for innovative and accurate design, we continue to expand our use of technology and software for improved production processes.
